Your photos should give a current impression of you. Clear smartphone pictures are enough for a first TALENT application. This guide helps you choose, prepare and upload them.
A quiet setting and soft light
Stand near a window or in an evenly lit spot. Check that your face is visible without harsh shadows. A simple background keeps the focus on you. Clean the camera lens and ask someone to help take the pictures when that is easier.
Portrait: a clear view of your face
Choose a current portrait without sunglasses or beauty filters. Your face and eyes should be in focus. A natural pose is enough. For a first introduction, the aim is a clear impression rather than elaborate styling.
Full-length and side-profile views
Keep your head and feet in the full-length picture. Leave enough distance from the camera and avoid strong wide-angle distortion. For the side-profile portrait, turn sideways without digitally mirroring the photo afterwards. Choose simple, fully clothed pictures.
Select additional photos thoughtfully
Extra photos can show a different expression or previous experience. Prefer varied images over many nearly identical shots. Only use your own pictures or images you have permission to use. Check for confidential details visible in the background before uploading.
Upload multiple photos or a ZIP
TALENT accepts multiple JPG/PNG photos or a normal, non-password-protected ZIP containing photos. Supported images are imported individually; the ZIP is not retained as a general attachment. The system allows up to 24 photos per profile and 12 MB per image. The server limit displayed in the form takes precedence; split large collections into smaller uploads when needed.
Check each photo’s assigned view
After uploading, check the portrait, full-length and side-profile slots. Initial assignment is only a convenience and does not recognise image content. Open the full view, correct assignments and remove unwanted files. Private application photos are not added to Lukas’s public model gallery.
