2. Applications and communication
We process the account and profile details you enter, your age information, contact details, talent categories, optional modelling and social-media details, photos, an optional introduction video, messages and appointments. This supports account management, personal review of your application and discussion of possible next steps. Required fields are marked; other details are voluntary. Consent for partner sharing is separate from applying.
3. Legal bases and decisions
Where the GDPR applies, voluntary application processing and separate partner sharing are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Technical operation and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in a secure platform (Article 6(1)(f)). Applications are reviewed personally; the software does not make an automated decision about agency representation or an engagement.
4. Access and recipients
Initially, authorised administrators can access your profile. With the relevant consent, specific access may be created for selected professional partners. Contact details have separate permission. You can view and revoke active partner access in your account. Revocation ends future access through the platform; copies already saved by recipients need to be addressed separately with them.
Website hosting and server country: All-Inkl. Account messages are sent through the ALL-INKL.COM mailbox configured by the operator. The responsible operator is established in United Kingdom. Before a specific international disclosure, the recipient country, applicable requirements and any additional information or consent must be addressed separately.
5. Retention and erasure
The application provides for clearing inactive profiles after 365 days from the last recorded activity, unconfirmed accounts after seven days, internal audit entries after 90 days and completed delivery logs after 30 days. Cleanup runs during maintenance. You can delete your profile in your account; its associated data and media are then removed from active application storage. Operational server logs and backups must be considered separately.
6. Technical operation
Login and forms use necessary sessions. An explicitly selected language may be stored in a cookie. Rate limits use a key-bound verification value of the IP address. Images and styling are loaded locally; analytics, advertising and external video services are not loaded automatically. External services apply their own notices when you open them. Profile data and settings are encrypted. Media are stored privately and served after an access check.
7. Your rights and contact
You can withdraw consent for the future, edit your profile, export your data or delete your account. Withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing. Where the legal conditions apply, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and can complain to the competent data-protection authority. Technical note: Images and styling are hosted locally. No analytics, advertising or external video services load automatically. Login and forms use necessary sessions. An explicitly chosen language may be stored. The hosting provider may maintain technical access logs.
Your talent profile is managed in access-controlled file storage. Profile data, consents, messages and settings are encrypted. Photos and videos are stored privately and served after an access check. You can manage your permissions and profile in your account.
SELECT, the Academy and the book website open only after you click. Those websites have their own notices.
Trusted devices
When you explicitly choose “Trust this device for 90 days”, a protected device cookie is stored for up to 90 days. It replaces only the extra code challenge, not your password. The server stores a token verifier, browser/device label and creation, expiry and use times. You can revoke trust under Security; a password change revokes it.
Your photographs
ZIP files are used only to transport application photos. Allowed photos are validated and saved individually in the private gallery; the ZIP itself is not retained or shared with partners.
